The rules of reservation and apartment rent are very simple:
Reservation:
1. In order to reserve an apartment please fill in the blank of order or contact us by mobile phone +380636581510
2. Please inform us about the address or id of the chosen apartment. Our manager will answer all your questions.
3. The deposit isn’t required from our frequent guests or when you need the apartment for 3 days or less. We don’t need the deposit if you don’t choose the particular apartment but only describe general requirements to the price, location and renovation level. In case if you need a particular apartment for the term more then 3 days, please make a deposit of 80 USD that will be included in the total rent price.
4. You can make the deposit by Pay Pal, Western Union or bank transfer.

Check In
1.Check In time is from 13 am. Check out time is till 12 am.
2. In case of early check in or late check out please inform our manager and if the apartment has no further reservation you will be able to check in at the required time.
3. You can take the keys in the office or the maid will be waiting for you in the apartment to check you in.
4. When you departure the manager will check the apartment. In case of loss or damage of the company’s property the fine will be imposed equal to the proportions of damage.
